Ordered laptop not delivered from makrom
I am a very unhappy customer who is still waiting for my order made n paid for on the 12th August 2022 on Makro online. They were quick to take my money today I am sitting here my order still not delivered. They said it takes 2-5 working days to deliver. It's the 22nd today, I have no tracking number for the so called delivery company used to deliver my laptop. I have called requesting to go to the store to pick up since they failed to deliver n I was told no they won't give me my order. They have to investigate why it has not been delivered? I am still waiting.

22 Aug 2022, 18:24 After receiving an email from Sivuyile when he saw my Hello Peter complaint and had spoken to Gundo from the customer care team alongside his team manager Nthabiseng. They managed to escalate my query with Makro Woodmead. I received a call from a gentleman called Cornelius (I am sorry if I spelt your name incorrect) from Makro woodmead, he called from +***1 at 12h23 pm the called lasted for 5 mins and 54 seconds and he said he was not incontact with the driver for the deliver he is just driving back from Springs to woodmead store to come and collect my order and will be delivered today.
Promised to call back once the driver has arrived at woodmead and collected my unit for delivery to me.
I also received a call from Gundo to confirm that he had actually spoken to Conellius at Woodmead store and promised him he would make contact with me and make sure that my delivery happens today. I confirmed with Gundo that the store has made contact indeed and thanked him again for going an extra mile and a job well done to make sure he fulfilled the follow up as promised.
Conellius called back again at 15H13 pm. The call lasted for 39 seconds, he advised the driver will be arriving in Woodmead store shortly once he has collected my unit. I should receive a text message from them confirming they have collected my order and they are on their way to deliver my unit.
I then confirmed with him on the call will this be delivered to me today and Conellius said yes delivery will happen today as promised.
I have finally received my order. Thank you so much
