I place an order on the Makro app on Thursday the 28th November 2024. I was due to collect on Friday the 29th of November at Wonderboom store. I called to confirm my order on Friday morning. I was told to go and collect. I was not able to collect on Friday. On Saturday the 30th of November I was told that my order was canceled due to stock out. How can my order be canceled a day after I was supposed to collect. I was told by the call Centre agent that my item must have been sold to walk in clients because it was black Friday. Why the hell would they sell an item that's paid for? I want my item immediately. I don't want a refund.
