Ordered and paid for washing machine but nothing delivered

I bought and paid for a washing machine on 30 March 2022. On 2 April I received a SMS that it is on its way.

After telephone calls, emails and messages on messenger, still nothing. This is disgusting. Their policy is delivery 2-5 days from confirmation and payment of order.
