Order was cancelled without any reason

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I've received. I ordered couches online with a delivery date of yesterday , but when I followed up today, they said they will escalate it. 3 hours later order was cancelled without my knowledge or consent without any valid reason.
