Order Waiting ALL DAY for Courier and Terrible Online Support

Placed an online order on 29th October for the first time. Order takes between 2-5 days. On the tracker it showed that my order was packed and ready for delivery since 8am this morning. Until now, 16:27pm my order is still waiting all day to be collected by the courier and delivered. Tried all day to get through with no such luck. Very disappointed with the service.
