Order that was ****** by staff at Makro Crown Mines

I write this message to you with very high frustration. I did a purchase at Makro Crown Mines and never received the order.

I did not get any sms whatsoever stating that I should collect my order. But to my surprise after an hour or so I got a notification saying that the order has been collected. I called the call centre and they couldn't get through to the store and i also called the store personally and noone answered the phone when i was being transferred to the relevant department after which i did a follow up via WhatsApp and got assisted by Tebogo who told me that it might be a system glitch and I should go to the store.

I did as per instruction and went to the store. Upon arrival I was told that they were instructed by Makro Head Office not to give me the order and that the reason why I got the collected message is because they scanned the parcel and since it was on hold it sends such a message. I was told that I would get a refund which I still have not received.

I'm very disappointed in the level of professionalism that I received.
