ORDER STUCK SINCE 30 AUGUST
Ordered Aug 29. Status stuck at Ready To ship since Aug 30. Delivery was 04 Sep but nothing shipped. Please ship my parcel or refund me

I am FURIOUS with Makro!
I ordered on 29 August You marked it "Ready To Ship, Aug 30" and then NOTHING!
You promised delivery on 04 September. Today is 07 September. 8 DAYS LATER and my order is still sitting in your warehouse! No In Transit, no Out For Delivery, NOTHING!
What is wrong with Makro?! You take money immediately but you cannot even ship my order. This is groceries, not furniture!
I am tired of your generic bot replies. I want my order TODAY or my money back TODAY. Not tomorrow, TODAY!
Stop playing with customers. Ship it or refund me with proof NOW!
If you can't deliver groceries, stop selling them online!
