Order stuck at ORDER CONFIRMED.

I bought a phone battery online and it said 2-5 days l would get my parcel. It's the 5th day today 20:23 at night and l still don't have my parcel. Tracking is not helping either as it's stuck at order confirmed. My advice is DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM MAKRO ONLINE... IT'S A WASTE OF TIME. I DEFINATLY THROWING AWAY MY MAKRO CARD AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE.
