ORDER STILL OUTSTANDING FROM THE 23RD OF APRIL

UPDATE:

Today is the 06th of May - This order is still not sorted - escalated to finance AGAIN!!! Also logged a complaint at the National Consumer Complaint website.

This is really pathetic service Placed my order on the 23rd. From then it is still showing awaiting payment. Client centre only tell you that they will make it urgent matter and escalate it and they will give feedback. After numerous emails and phone calls, we are now on the 1st of May and still struggling with the this so called urgent matter and escalation that my order is STILL ON AWAITING PAYMENT. I only can give a 5 star rating to Phindile from customer care who assisted me on Saturday, the rest i will rate negative

I dont know if i will ever order from them again!!
