Order still outstanding after a month! -with no communication

So I wrote a review on the 20th of December. Makro rep**** 21st, privately, only to say they can't find my order - in their defence I made a typing error with one of the digits. I rep**** then with the correct order number and my phone number..... it is the 26th and still I have heard nothing from them not an email/phone call/ WhatsApp.... should we then start a ***** case because our R12 999 has already been paid a month ago and Makro is getting interest on something they have not delivered.... @makro my order number MAK***. My email since I will not be reachable till early in January *** please could you give some feedback on my order....
