Order still not cancelled after 2 phone calls.

I placed an online order on 26 August. I mistakenly selected delivery instead of colelction. I phoned them straight away to cancel, as delivery was not an option for me. On the morning of the 27th, I got an email to say my order had been despatched. I phoned back again. They confirmed I had cancelled. Then shortly before 15:00, a delivery driver turned up at my home with no one there. (The courier company sent me the driver's number I tried to contact them to tell them to deliver they ignored me).
