Order still in progress
I have placed an order online on the 24 November and after the promised 2 - 5 working days have still not received this. A call was made twice to online support and they have indicated they are still waiting for stock. I definitely will not be a returning customer as orders are not fulfilled as promised and the frustrating wait still continues. When am I to receive this order?
