order placed online more than 7 days ago and still no stock

Hi , I placed an order for my PS4 for the black Friday online early in the morning like 4am. I was advised within 5-7 days my order will be ready. Today is now 7 days and when I call they say still no stock. How much more longer must I wait ? Makro gave me a timeline 5-7 days and they cannot keep up to their word ! I understand it was black Friday then why tell customer 5-7 days if going to take longer ? it is December and I am leaving for holiday soon but do not know when will I get my stuff. I call the online orders call centre and they say they going to call the Woodmead branch but no one is answering and they cannot help me ! I mean now what must I do, I have paid for my stuff but have not received it and no one can tell when will I get it. can someone call me **********
