Order paid for, not received.

I ordered online and only got one of the two items I ordered. It was delivered via DSV locker who I had to chase up and down to have an explanation as to why they didn't deliver the second item. It has been a month since I placed the order. DSV closed my query without delivering the second item. Makro won't answer their calls. Makro Riversands won't answer their phone. Don't trust Makro or DSV.
