Order paid for in full on 15.08.2024 and still not received.
MAK*** ordered 15.08.2024. Today is 27.08.2024 and I have still not received my order. After calling in more than 10 times to get progress report. everytime I am getting different story from different person. All I want is my product I paid for in full. No all excuses. This is the utmost worst services I have ever received. An still no one can tell me what is happening. Marko you have lost loyal customer and the word will spread!!!!!!!!!

28 Aug 2024, 16:51Unacceptable. The original refund was processed on 21.08.2024 and stated that it takes 3-5 working days for refund to clear in your bank. Today is business day 5 and still NOTHING.
