*******. Order online, they earn interet on your money and then don't refund you when they can't deliver.

Ordered online in April. Portion of order delivered Another item not delivered and they tell me out of stock (even though still today it is available online) Haven't refunded. Phone their call centre and they tell me it is refunded. Which it hasn't been refunded. Now I need to produce my personal bank statements to prove it. Not a chance. They need to prove to me they have refunded. I am not giving over my personal bank account details to them. They have had my money for over 15 days, no interest compensation, no help at all. Will never support them again
