I placed an order on the 30 November 2023 and I was supposed to receive the delivery by 05 December 2023. The order was not delivered. I have been contacting the customer service and I am not receiving any response or assistance till date. The manager from Germiston is acting dead and his name is Katlego. I am very disappointed..my order even till now is not received.

11 Dec 2023, 08:17I have been awaiting for further communication from Makro but till now they are silent. I ended up calling their offices as I always do and make the cancelation. Deeply disappointed and noticed that Makro doesn't care or take their clients seriously. We became begging clients as if we are not paying for the products we purchase. I hope I will not be begging for my refund because I am ready to take your offices to the consumer goods and services ombudsman.
