Please this online store and the contact center deserve a zero. I placed on order last week it was meant to arrive Saturday it is Monday the order is still awol. The contact center has no information but to say its been escalated but to who? what was their response? from my understanding the store that was preparing the order was Makro Woodmead? No No No. I have never had an issue with Crown Mines not sure what you guys are up to there in Woodmead. Terrible.
