Order number MAK908118* I will never order or buy from MAKRO

I made order for basic food which had snacks most n sugar on the 29th of January 2025 and was packed for delivery on the 31st as per sms... Saturday no delivery n Sunday nothing... Monday I sent email n Tuesday 04th I called to ask I was told the courier didn't come to collect it they will escalate it n Wednesday still no delivery no response to my emails till today... Thursday I called makro since nothing said from their side I asked them to cancel unfortunately I had to go buy from the other stores same stuff especially snacks since kids had activities on Saturday morning from school.. Friday 7th no response again nothing, Saturday morning only sms came in for delivery... It came while kids were back from school activities and I had no choice to reject it... Til today nothing is said by makro regarding my order... MAK908118*... I even called them again to cancel my order yesterday still never got any correspondence from MAKRO, not sure if I wil get my money back or not... None of the call center agents that I spoke with took me seriously cos I kept on calling however none of my requests were actioned
