Order Number #MAK***
I placed an order online. Order was confirmed on 31 March 2023. Order was packed on 02 April 2023. Today is the 11th of April, and it has still not been delivered. In fact it has not even been collected by their courier service. I have sent three emails and made two telephone calls. All I get is excuses and empty promises to follow up and advise as to what is going on. Delivery was promised between 2 and 5 days. Today is day 12. Unacceptable

That is what your call centre told me and the only response I got on the three emails sent. Why do you simply not cancel that order and credit me? Why do I have to beg and moan and resort to a platform such as Hellopeter to get the exact same BullSh!2 answer that I was given before?
I can assure you that I will NEVER buy anything from you again, and although that is meaningless to a massive corporate such as yourselves, if more and more people who have had such experiences do the same, Makro will feel it. Judging by the reviews I have read he

As part of Order Number #MAK*** I ordered a 60KG Barbel Set.
After a long time, delivery was made today, however not everything was delivered.
I am supposed to receive the following:
4 x 5KG Plates
2 x 10 KG plates
2 x Dumbell Handles
4 x 2.5 KG Plates
1 X Barbel Bar
All I received was:
4 x 2.5KG plates and 2 x Dumbell Handles.
This situation is completely unacceptable. When will I receive the remainder of my order?
Advise immediately!!!
Please be advised that should this not be rectified within 48 hours I shall approach the Consumer Ombudsman for assistance.
I eagerly await your prompt and considered response.
