Order number is #MAK***

I have bought a TV, Christmas tree, and some trimmings on the 25th Of November from this place online and paid for delivery, It's been 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered.

Everytime I phone the customer service office I'm given the runaround and I'm told I'll be phoned back later by a supervisor but nothing ever happens.

I then tried tracking which office it was ordered from and I'm told the Brakpan office - follow up there and NOBODY answers. Even the managers, Tshepo and Palesa don't answer so I can't even arrange to pick up my stuff.

I have sent a mail to them also on Wednesday the 12th and still no reply.

Will I ever get the items I've purchased or are they running a ****???
