Order not yet delivered!

Bought a Midea washing machine 30th November in store at Makro Centurion and have not received it yet. Terrible customer service, cannot get a hold of the store and I have to keep on going back to the store as they did not mention they need the receipt. I want to buy a dishwasher but after this experience, I'd rather go to another store.
