Order not received and no communication

I ordered a massage bed on the 10th of April 2024 online , I got an sms same time saying my order has been confirmed. Delivery was estimated 2-5 days. That was the last communication I received from makro after I ordered. I constantly phoned to follow up on my order, I’m being put on hold for long I always have to buy airtime to follow up on my order which I found out today the supplier doesn’t know about. It’s the 9th day today and the only sms I received was order confirmation. Had I read the reviews before ordering I wouldn’t have placed my order! It was a first and last time ordering from makro I don’t even know if I’ll ever receive my order I’m even worried if I’ll get my refund should the so called supplier fails to deliver! I’m so ****ed my salon was supposed to start running over the weekend already! I’m losing money and time , they don’t care about their customers!
