Order not received and no communication

Second review I’m writing. I still haven’t received my order since I ordered on the 10th of April 2024. Everytime I phone makro they telling me my order is confirmed! It’s been confirmed since the 10th today is the 25th! They make me hold for so long wasting my airtime to tell me it’s confirmed after telling me they tracking it? I am so ****ed,frustrated and irritated I feel like I’m being taken advantage of by a whole business I trusted. A lady phoned me on Monday from makro after the first review I wrote saying I will get my order before Friday. Today is Friday I also have to pick my phone n my airtime to follow up on an order I paid for? Makro doesn’t care about their clients and my business is still for 2 weeks now as the bed I ordered still hasn’t arrived. I’ve never experienced this with shein I really expected better from makro what a first time bad experience and I will never again!
