Order not received

After waiting 21 days for a massage bed I ordered from makro, which I’m not being updated on, on Monday I called to cancel my order I spoke to Bongani today is Wednesday Thursday im calling to find out about my refund I find out order was not cancelled. I asked to speak to management no one is available and the lady tells me I’m gonna wait 7-14 days for refund after waiting 21 days already for an order I ddnt receive? Someone by the name Khang Tshabalala responded to my previous review and said they sorting it out I responded to the email on the 29th of April to cancel the order and he ddnt respond or even come back to me. Makro ****med me ! My business is on a stand still for 21 days + 14 days I have to wait to get my refund and go look for another bed elsewhere. No one is bothering to even take my details down and account number down for the refund. That’s why I’m saying I’ve been ****med. I’ll be warning everyone on social media platforms to not fall for this. Worse part the bed I ordered has been removed on their website which is a huge red flag for me and clear confirmation that I’ve been ****med. I ordered from Makro because it said del takes 2-5 days I was expecting communication from them when it took longer to maybe explain what the delay is but no one is calling or updating me on the status of my order.
