Order not received

I made an order on the 1st of December (OD***), got an email stating that my order is scheduled for delivery on 2nd. On the 3rd I decided to call the makro customer care and I was told my order is scheduled for the 4th, on the 4th still no order, called the customer care 3 days consecutively, even spoke to Mpho Suping (team leader) who has been making empty promises. Received an email on the 10th, stating my order is scheduled for next day delivery and still no order received.. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received
