Order placed 27 March todate no calls I only received 1 part off my order. today is day 6 to date no one can answer me. I have been calling given reference numbers still nothing.
The last agent I spoke to asked me to hold and still nothing.

Your 2-5 days lapse already so what is the hold up? I used my airtime to call and follow up but not 1 single call from anyone? Order packed from the 28th March 2028 with no updates. Nkateko Mashele (Makro) instead of responding with an auto response you should call your customers. Who is attending to my query? Who's the support staff? ''I assure you that your feedback has been addressed at the highest level and will be dealt with accordingly" How are you assuring me and addressed how?

My family and friends will not order from you online or even go to your store. I could have put the funds in my investment account for the delay in my order no interest in waiting for so ling your 2-5 days lapse so what is your answer to this?
