Order not received

I placed an order from Makro online on the 2nd of September 2024, and to this day, I still haven't received it! I've been made to call deliveries, forced to hold for an unacceptable amount of time, and there’s no manager in sight to speak to. I canceled my order with the call center agent, and yet, to this day, no refund and absolutely no communication from any manager. Someone clearly isn't doing their job, because there is no way they haven't noticed that an order from September is still in progress! This is beyond frustrating!
