Order not received!

I placed an order with Makro (MAK ********** ) to be delivered to a DSV locker near my location in December already. I have yet to receive my correct order or have my query finalized with several people contacting me over the last 2 months proving to be useless! I do not wish to explain why I have not received my order yet again as it was all stated in my email thread (15944). This is absolutely disgusting customer service and cant understand why this has not been resolved as yet!!

My order was not delivered correctly under DSV reference X011T ********** 8. When I went to collect my order at the locker there were toys in place of my curtains ordered - not being my correct order I left the items in the locker. DSV said I had to contact yourselves as they simple just deliver what is handed over to them. "
