ORDER NOT RECEIVED
I placed an online order (order number MAK178988) on 24.11.2017 and to date have not received my order or an update as to exactly when it will be received. No use phoning for assistance as you never get to the point of being assisted. After having to hold forever for an operator the calls get cut every single time.
