I ordered items on-line on the 27th of November to take advantage of a sale. The delivery time was 5-10 working days. If you assume Makro doesn't work on weekends, it's been 12 days. I've written twice, on the 9th and 10th days, and had no reply from the support email.

Either their IT is poor, or their staff are negligent.
