Order not placed but my money is gone
I ordered some pot from Makro yesterday. The payment was deducted from my account but the other hasn't been processed.. When I call them I'm told I have to wait for 48 hours and if it's not processed I will have to wait for 15 days for the refund.
I am so ****ed right now.
