Order not fulfilled
I bought a swimming pool from makro online on Sunday 26 November and recieved an email stating delivery will take between 2 and 5 workdays, if there is any delays I will be notified. On 30th of November I emailed them, as I have not recieved any correspondence regarding my order. On the 1st of December I phoned them twice regarding the order, both times I was told that the matter was escalated and someone will phone me back before end of day. Still no one came back to me, and I still have no idea what happened to my order.

03 Dec 2023, 09:38It's the 3rd of December, I still have not had any feedback from Makro regarding this query. I have phoned them on the 2nd and they dropped the call 3 times. Have phoned them this morning again, they said they will escalate the matter again, and mark is as urgent. There is no communication from Makro at all, Time have lapsed and I can find no special on the same pool at round about the same price anywhere. I need Makro to deliver what I have paid for!

04 Dec 2023, 12:42So Makro answered me with a generic reply and then someone phoned and said they will phone me today before ten with some answers when I will get my order. And you guessed it, they didn't keep their word. The guy gave me his direct line, but he also doesn't answer his phone.
