Order not fulfilled

I ordered two air condere air coolers on the 12th February from Makro,my order was supposed to be delivered on the 20th February and it was not done .I made a follow up today(23February) and they promised to get back to me, instead I get an email saying my order was cancelled,but the same items still appear on their app.After waiting for 11 days to get my order,I I get an email with very unsatisfactory explanation.They are very unreliable and has no courtesy for customers.Buy at your own risk from them
