Order not delivered still in PROGRESS for 2 days.

Good day

I placed an order on the 30 November 2024. On the online app it's shows that the DELIVERY will be made Tomorrow but it's still in PROGRESS for 2 days. I tried calling the CUSTOMER SUPPORT to ask if i can collect in the CENTURION STORE, they told me that the machine is at the FACTORY and i can't COLLECT IT but they'll FURTHER THE MATTER SINCE 13:00 want feedback regarding the order.

I spoke to consultants this whole afternoon regarding the matter because if it's suppose to be delivered tomorrow, when will it be PACKED AND WHEN WILL THE COURIER GUY COLLECT IT?
