Order not delivered now lost

Bad bad service. . Decided to order my daughter's christmas present online only to still be calling 2 weeks after placing my order to check on progress. When I finally called in today, i was told that the package left the store but that I wasn't available when it was delivered. . I received no phonecall or email to confirm any of this. . I had to call in every time only to be told today my Mpho that she honestly doesn't know where my package is. . I requested a refund and an email to confirm my refund being processed before COB today but need not say haven't received anything as yet. .Order MAK121772 for that matter just vanished. I will never support these guys again!
