Order not delivered even after 19 days

This is no longer funny I placed an order on the 1st of December. Part 1 was delivered a couple of days later. It was an item from an external supplier. Part 2, something that is IN STOCK at makro, was packed immediately, and never picked up by the courier. Status is still just packed.I've called twice, and both times the call center agent said they are escalating, just to never hear from you again. This is NOT on. Tell me where the order is packed, I will get in my bakkie, and go pick it up myself.
