Order not delivered

I bought an iPhone 13 on the 27th of November from makro online. Today is the 11th of December it's still hasn't been delivered only the charger was delivered. When I call them I get different responses, some say the order is confirmed it's on its way, some say it's they are waiting for stock, some say it's at the warehouse and some say they're waiting for courier to pick it up. When I track the order it says order processing. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with Makro SA. I need this matter sorted immediately
