Order not delivered
My MAKRO order was not delivered and I received an SMS from the Wumdrop driver at 19:47 on 12/05/2025 that he is on route, when I called him he advised that it was too late to deliver the order and unsafe. I later received an SMS indicating my order was delivered. Charles the driver did not even contact me and now I've paid for my order and I have not received it. This is theft! OD***

26 May 2025, 10:43Your support centre did not assist me on the day or even get back to me via WhatsApp. This is ridiculous! I had to call Wumdrop and they assisted me. Makro customer support is USELESS and ***********!!!
