Order not delivered

I bought gardening tools 2 weeks ago, online. The website doesn't show where my goods are and when I call them(Strubens Valley) I'm told they are with the courier company. But they don't know who collected my order.

I've called and even asked if I can cancel my order, but no one is willing to assist. I need my order delivered to me ASAP or my money returned to me.
