Order not delivered and not getting assistance from Makro

Place an order on the 29th November and according to they app estimation I suppose to receive it the 03rd of December. I received one item on the 05th and other two items on the 06th. Now am still waiting for other items and on the system has been marked as delivered. Tried logging the incident and consultant kept me waiting and after few minutes disconnect my call. I need to use items tonight
