Order not delivered and no refund

I placed an order on the 8th of Feb 2025 using the app, I haven’t received my order and they are not refunding me my money, they keep saying they are escalating my matter they have a backlog with refunds .the contact center is not helpful I Even spoke to Millicent Khumalo who I believe is a team leader who promised to escalate my query but till to this day I still haven’t received my refund. Service is ********** I have never experienced such service ever , I trusted them since they are a big corporate but the way they handle complaints even small businesses handle their customers queries better than Makro, disappointed is an understatement I regret not reading the reviews first before placing an order cause I would have saved myself from the worst experience ever and my money.
