Order not delivered and no one seems to care.

I've ordered basically the same things every month for the last 3 months. Suddenly it takes 7 - 10 working days for my order to be completed. Except I ordered on the 2nd of December and I still don't have what I've paid for. Every couple of days I need to go to the store to buy the exact items at a higher price because Makro cannot get it together. Hell it took nearly 2 weeks just to acknowledge the order. This is unnacceptable .
