Order not delivered
I ordered a KreepyKrauly Pump and Filter Combo online on the 2th September 2023 and paid at the same time. I received a email from Makro on the 2th that the order had been packed. As of today (0.11.2023) and 3 phone calls later I have still not recieved my order. I also sent a email and as of today I have not even received feedback on ehat the problem is. This is my first and last purchase from Makro

09 Oct 2023, 11:17I would like to thank the Makro Hellopeter team for there very prompt assistance following my previous complaint.
10 minutes after I wrote the post I recieved a call from them and whithin a short period of time they had resolved the problem.
As promised by the Makro Hellopeter team my order was delivered this morning.
It is however unfortunate that the Makro National Call Centre could not resolved the issue as speedily and resulting in me giving Makro a 1 star rating.
Thasnks to the Makro Hellopeter team.
