Order not delivered

My online order has been showing as "Order Packed" since the 28th of February. I contacted the call center and all they can tell me is they are escalating the issue and are trying to contact their supplier to find out what's happening. How long does it take to check with your suppliers, no one can tell me when my order will be delivered, it's really frustrating
