Order not delivered

I purchased a power cable for my laptop at Makro online. Soon after payment I realized I had not edited my phone number (I have changed numbers) so I emailed customer care and got a response that it had been forwarded to the relevant department. A few days later I got an email saying my order had been delivered. I never received the order. For days I was calling the customer service number and only being referred to the WhatsApp platform. I used the platform to log my query and the response was an agent would call me back. I waited for a couple of days but no call came through. I tried the customer care number again and finally spoke to an agent. She said the matter was escalated to the couriers and they would get back to me. That was almost two weeks ago. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and downright inefficiency. My order number is MAK***.
