Order not delivered

I ordered a fridge online on the 16th February 2024 and according to their advert it would take 2 to 5 working days do be delivered. Up until today I am yet to receive my order, when I enquire I'm just being sent from pillar to post. 1st their courier sent my order to a wrong address in Polokwane while my address is in Pretoria and I confirmed with them once again that my address was in Pretoria, they promised to deliver the following day, which was supposed to have been last week friday but it never happened.
