Order not delivered, 4 weeks now

Still no response. I called the call centre again today they keep telling me they can’t get through to Makro Strubensvalley. I keep holding till I run out of airtime while they keep trying to contact them. I was admitted for 3 weeks, got discharged yesterday so I’ll go there myself to get my refund.
