Order not delivered!!!

I placed an order in March, and it was devised into 2 orders/deliveries. The first batch was delivered on the specified date and the second was supposed to be delivered on 02/04/2025 however i haven’t received any order or communication whatsoever. I want my things to be delivered or a refund to be provided. Y’all don’t have the audacity to communicate and advise what the issue is.
