Order not delivered
I ordered a whole box of henessy and only received 1 bottle. I have been calling and asking for feedback but no refund nor missing items delivered. I was informed Makro Germiston is the store that’s handling my order , when they try to connect to them, they don’t answer their phones. I’m very disappointed as I have been using their services for some time. I needed the items for an event. It’s been weeks now ! Poor service!

I called Makro germiston online myself and I was told they’ll get back to me within 5 minutes. It’s been 3 hours no one called back. I guess I need to drive there to get my things. How ***********
